- Corrections: something on a page is wrong or out of date. Tell us which page, what's wrong and, if you can, where you saw the right information, such as a patch note, a video timestamp or a screenshot.
- Suggestions: a question about the game that our guides don't answer yet.
- Player count data: questions about our tracker or about reusing the data, which is free under CC BY 4.0 as our terms of use explain.
- Images and copyright: if you own an image or text on this site and want it removed or credited differently, email us and we'll act on it promptly.
- Privacy: questions about the data described in our privacy policy.
- Ads: if an ad on this site seems inappropriate, tell us which page it was on.
Questions for the game's developer
We're not Trapstar Games, so we can't help with your Steam account, bans, purchases or bugs in the game. For those:
- Bugs and crashes: report them in the developer's Discord or the game's Steam discussions, or email the support address on the Steam page, trapstargames@protonmail.com. Our updates page lists the latest fixes.
- Cheaters: use Report in the game's pause menu.
- Refunds: Steam handles purchases, so ask for a refund through Steam Support.
Your email and your privacy
When you email us, we use your address only to reply. We don't add it to a mailing list or share it with anyone. Our privacy policy covers the data the site itself collects.
