Hood Warfare 2 Maps

Hood Warfare 2 launched with four maps named on its Steam page: Downtown, the Suburbs, The Trenches and Chicago Mall. The developer's patch notes also mention a small Supermarket map, so there are at least five. Each one mixes street fights with indoor areas.

The store page says every map mixes street fights with indoor areas, "with different routes and positions to learn on each map". All of them are set in an exaggerated, fictional Chicago.

Downtown

Downtown is the city-center map, with streets and storefronts to fight along. One official screenshot shows a pistol fight on a street like this.

The Suburbs

The Suburbs is a residential map of houses, yards and parked cars. Two official screenshots show a block like this: a team pushing through backyards at sunset, and a player using a parked car as cover.

The Trenches

"The trenches" is Chicago slang for the roughest inner-city blocks, and the map is named after that. The developer hasn't released a screenshot labeled as The Trenches yet. The night-time residential fight below could be it or the Suburbs, so take the match-up as a guess.

Chicago Mall

Chicago Mall is the indoor map: a bright shopping mall with an open atrium, where you can shoot between floors. Several official screenshots are set here, including one that looks like the Hit A Lick bag objective. It isn't only close-range, either: one player posted a 31-3 Hit A Lick game on Chicago Mall with a sniper.

Supermarket

Supermarket isn't listed on the store page, but the developer names it in the 1.0.10 patch notes: "Some maps are inherently very small, so the TTK will be short on maps like supermarket." In other words, fights there are fast and you die quickly. The same patch moved spawns and added spawn protection to cut down on spawn kills.

Launch-week gameplay by Legends6K shows a match around a supermarket and a strip-mall parking lot. Two official screenshots show a parking lot like that, so they're probably from this map.

How to pick the map you want

Against bots: set up a custom match. The store page says you can choose the map, the mode and the match settings, then fill the teams with bots. It's the easiest way to learn a map's routes.
With friends: patch 1.0.1.4 added password-protected private matches. More on that in our game modes guide.

Will there be more maps?

Nothing has been announced as of October 14, 2026. The developer's patch notes keep saying more updates are coming, and we'll add any new map here once it's in the game.
